This is the overall best bike I've ridden. It handles the highway like a big touring bike but maneuvers easily like a small bike. You can't beat it for dependability.
As with anything else, there are a few drawbacks:
1) The same complaint almost everyone seems to have is the loud bang in second gear. The service center says it's done on purpose to let you know where you are when shifting.
2) The seat will take some time to break in. My longest ride so far was 6 hours straight, my butt was sore but would be even if I was in a car that long.
3) The floorboards will hit the road on tight turns.
I've been everywhere on the road from the shore to the mountains and I know this bike will take you anywhere you want to go with no problem.
Upgrades/Accessories: I also had a stand up trailer built for my bike.
I can now take my bike everywhere. Can't wait for my next vacation.
