"Henry Martinez, Sales Manager, was a pleasure to deal with. He provided excellent customer service and a "no non-sense" negotiation. Went there for a CBR600 RR ABS and that is what I ended up with. Not only did he go over the bike, but was very helpful and patient in going over the other necessary initial safety equipment. Bike was delivered with the modifications that we agreed on, and upon delivery, Jake (Associate Technician) was thorough in going over the bike and essentials. A positive experience! "This is my first bike in 38 years. Jeff and the whole staff would always make sure that I was taken care of. Jeff was a true professional, not aggressive, and always guided me to the correct choices. I purchased a 1300 VTX C, and had it chromed out from top to bottom, including all braided lines. Their prices were no more than the best price on the web. Everything was done in a timely fashion, including finance and insurance. They even delivered it in a van to my home. "I would personally like to thank Ryan, Tim, Fred rosenlof, and Joe Tweedy in the service department for the level of excellence they have displayed while servicing my bike. I own a vintage Honda ATC in near mint condition. As anyone knows, vintage bikes in near mint shape with OEM parts are hard to keep up with. I took some time searching the internet for a reputable dealership that would fit my needs and especially one that would take care of my bike. When I came across "Sport Honda", I read the testimonials and also noticed the close location to my town. I decided to call them and speak with someone in service about what I wanted done to my bike. I was immediately comfortable and at ease about their service department while speaking with one of the technicians. I then set up a date and dropped off my bike. From that point on I mostly dealt with ryan. Know matter how busy he was, he always answered my questions and requests and made time for me on the phone. He is an asset to your dealership. To make a long story short, they have another customer for life! The bike looks like it was rolled off the showroom floor. I am extremely happy with the service and the aforementioned group of gentlemen in this letter. I will be writing a seperate letter for Honda corporate in hopes of these guy's getting an accomodation for their hard work and efforts. To close, I would also like to add that when you call Sport Honda, you immediately are greeted nicely by Sally. She answers any question you may have and also transfers you swiftly to the service department. "i`ve been in the automotive service business 40 yrs, i recognize and appreciate good service , but your staff has to be rated absolutely excellent. from the receptionist(first contact), to service staff, tim,fred,and joe, and parts, bike delivery guy(forgot your name) everyone is courteous,and knowledgeable. the professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction is obvious. with 5 honda dealers in my area, NONE come close to your level of service, it`s why i travel 70 miles to spend my money. i`ll be forwarding my comments to american honda as well. thanks again, al buchman"

"Purchased an '07 Goldwing which was the second bike bought from this dealership in a year. The transaction (price negotiation and financing approval)was held over the phone with Mike and handled professionally and in a timely manner. The bike was ready for pick up in 2 days and everything was explained to me. I did not feel rushed and all questions were answered. The other questions I had thought of later were answered by the Goldwing's comprehensive manual. I would and continue to buy my bikes and gear at this dealership. They make everyone immedietly feel welcome and not ignored like some dealerships."
